A biology question

Hey!
Why the answer of this question isn’t 1,2,3 and it’s 1,2 ?
Isn’t there any electrical signals passing through the motor neuron so as to reach the effector?

The impulse goes along the membrane, not the cytoplasm itself. When we talk about the impulses, we only talk about the change around the cellular membrane itself that causes changes in the protein channels on it. Later on, we will have other processes inside the cells, but they are not directly being affected by a change in the electrical impulses.

Hey!
Thank you so much!
Is it the reason why The arrow 1 is drawn outside of the interneuron?
My other question is that there may be a presynaptic neuron effected by several post synaptic neurons; in this case 5 can be true too! Is this question referring only to one specific synapse?

5 won’t be true for the exam, it’s way too complex. The IMAT axons are always unidirectional.
