Advice for extra time on the exam

Hi!

Can someone who got 25% extra time on the exam last year tell me how it went?
Did you have to translate documents proving the need for extra time into English or Italian?
What are the criteria for the documents to be accepted by the test organizers?

Thank you so much!

Hi Juliette! Where did you see this “extra time” thing? I’m interested

It’s for people with learning difficulties like dyslexia, ADHD, or other medical issues
You’re typically in the same exam room as everyone else, but you get a little more time than the others at the end to finish the test.
I’m not sure where to find info about it on the universitaly website

Hi! I’m not sure this information is the one you are talking about but I did find some info on the admission site of University of Padova: (https://www.unipd.it/sites/unipd.it/files/2022/2022_Medicine_and_surgery_V3_POSTI_DEF_EN.pdf), end of page 10 and at the beginning of page 11.

It seems like students with disability can get up to 50% more time and in case of specific learning disabilities, 30%.
