Hi,
Ancona’s Medicine and surgery programme offers a secondary degree in Biomedical Engineering with 30 extra credits.
Is it really feasable to take that optional degree in practice, or as studying medicine is hard enough, almost noone takes that option?
Also, in real life as a medical doctor, does being a biomedical engineer too has any benefits? Or is it just a diploma staying on the wall?
Is the engineering degree opportunity just a marketing strategy of the university?
Any opinions or observations will be much appreciated.
Thanks
