I was using (V2/r) for angular momentum but was coming up with a weird answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I tried using:
Perimeter = 2 * pi * r = 4,2m = 1 rotation
18km/h = 50 m/s
angular speed = 2 * pi * rps = 2 * pi * 50/4,2 = 71,4 rad/s
The unit is off so iām not convinced of my answer
