Should we apply for the DOV after the Exam result or before we apply for the IMAT? Also please mention what all steps have to be taken before the application of IMAT and after the pre- enrollment ?

As far as I know we should submit the DOV within a few days after passing the Imat exam inorder to reserve the seat . Apply for the dov now itself bcz in my country they are taking months to issue the dov so we need to apply before hand.
