Are plasmids present in chloroplast and mitochondria? I have trouble finding data on the matter.

i agree from what i’ve seen online the data is confusing
i think generally they do NOT have plasmids, but some species have plasmid-like structures
In human mitochondrias, they don’t have plasmids, instead they can each have many copies of mtDNA (usually 2 to 10 per mitochondria)
