I’ve never seen a question like this and couldn’t understand it at first but I did some research and i’m not sure but I think the answer might be 100 and not 2?
Because from what I can understand if the DNA of the bacteriophage has a 32P label, then the new phage particles produced will also gain this label because during replication the 32P DNA will act as a template, meaning every new phage particle will have the 32P DNA label.
I’m really not sure though! this is just my interpretation because I have no idea how the answer would be 2 here.
