box plots are a way to represent quatiles (more about this in another question that was asked called “BMAT 2006 MATH Q”)
25% of people have taken between 850 and 1000 steps (Q3-Q2=75-50=25%)
so probability of 3 members:
1/4 * 1/4 * 1/4 = 1/64
