Hi!
The smaller sphere will have +ve charge cuz if the electrons have flowed from the sphere to the earth as they are repelled by the large sphere this leaves a +ve charge on the sphere.
The larger sphere is still negatively charged and if something is negatively charge then we know for sure is it has fewer protons than electrons.
