Answer is D, and I think the net force would be 1200N - 2N, but I don’t get why I should subtract in this question (especially when both forces are horizontal). Can I get explanations? Thank you 
Using the Left hand Rule with force, current and length isnt the force working in the opposite direction to the weight (upwards?) Only thing I can think off - the rest in terms of the calculations looks fine.
