Catalyst and temperature

Hi.
Can catalysts affect temperature?
I already know that catalysts speed up reactions by lowering the activation energy.
If the activation energy is lowered, can the reaction occur even if the temperature at which the reaction occurs is lowered?
Or is the catalyst unable to affect the temperature?
Thank you.

hello!
I dont know the exact reasoning behind this but we know that every enzyme has a specific temperature range in order for them to work. for example if the range for enzyme A is 20 to 30 celsius degrees, this enzyme will be denaturated if the solution we have is over 35 degrees celsius. in this case, I don’t think catalytic enzymes change the temperature of the reaction. The reaction may get heated as it progresses due fo it being an exothermic reaction.
hope this helps
