Because some hormones are made of proteins that’s why the gland cells have more developed golgi apparatus

I totally agree with Dorsa, some cells have a golgi body more developed because the golgi body’s function is to modify proteins, and this is important specially for secretions. So in cells where secretions are abundant, we have the golgi apparatus particulary more developed (like in the salivary glands, or in the inmune system cells, which secrete antibodies)
