Cell devision in eukaryotes

I thought of cell division in eukaryotes and used that analogy and chose b. Any comments/discussion on this question?

DNA replication happens during the S phase for all living organisms.

A is incorrect since Bacteria do not contain Nuclei.

C is incorrect, it is the Central Dogma- unrelated to DNA replication.

There are now two possible answers:

B, since it is true to say that DNA replication happens prior to the fission itself- where you can clearly see the separated DNA before the cell does. This is the orthodox answer.

Or it could be the S phase, D, but Binary Fission has no M phase- similar to Eukaryotes- remember that there are no Nuclei or Linear Chromosomes.

It is a tricky question based on technicalities.
