Chemistry acid titration

if the HCl is 0.1 M standard solution and you must add 30 mL to reach the end point, what is the molarity of the NaOH?
A. 0.1
B 0.2
C. 0.3
D 1
E 2
I tried using m1v1=m2v2 but I got stuck, can someone solve this please? :slight_smile: thanks

Is there any information given about the volume of NaOH in the conical flask for the titration?

unfortunately no :frowning: thats why i couldnt do m1v1

Oh! I got a very similar question and it gave the value as 15 mL which gives 0.2 as the molarity:

m1v1=m2v2
30 x 0.1=M x 15
x=0.2

Maybe there was a typo? But your technique is right!
