Hi!! You have to open a ticket on Informastudenti platform (https://informastudenti.unimi.it/), selecting the option “internazionale - international”, and to specify in which school or institute you have achieved you high school diploma. They will tell you all the steps depending on your country and type of high school certificate.
They are usully really fast answering your questions, usually less than 3 hours.
