So i need help here can anyone please guide me at the time of pre enrollment you need DOV or at time acceptance you need DOV actually the case is i will be reciveing my result in the mid of august and it will take some time to legalize it then it will take some time to get DOV from italian embassy hopefully till mid oct and i am a non EU 
.Will it be possible to pre enroll(also emailed my universty till date no response Messina and i have few more days to pre enroll)without it and submit it till late oct when i get it?if anyother student in anyother universty have some idea he can also guide me(i can change uni for now)…
