Enzymes in RBC's

hey,
I have a doubt. What is the mechanism by which red blood cells (RBCs) acquire the necessary enzymes, such as carbonic anhydrase, despite lacking a nucleus?
Thank you

They acquire the necessary enzymes, including carbonic anhydrase, through a process called reticulocyte maturation, before they mature. This is why they have such a short life span.
