Hi Kyle!

Volume = 10 * 10 * 1 = 100m³
We know 1m³ = 1000 L
So 100m³ = 100 000L

If we supply at 30L/s then: 100 000 * 1 / 30 = 3333s

3333s is pretty close to 3600s = 1 hour
