IB Biology: DNA identical base pair sequence

Hi! I need help in this question.

In the question it mentions “DNA that has identical base pair sequences”,
so I thought:

I) mitosis - sister chromatids separate
II) Meiosis 1 - homologous chromosomes separate
III) Meiosis 2 - sister chromatids separate,
therefore the answer is C (I and III only).

Can anyone please analyse my mistake?

answer III) is incorrect as each gamete produced by meiosis 2 is genetically unique
