IB chem 2010 chemistry questions

liquid one is A one and two
how can the boiling point change without changing the conformation of the molecule (intramolecular or intermolecular changes)

and why is the removal of HCl has no change?

Hi
Question 1) it is not a equilibrium reaction and it’s a forward irreversible reaction so generally increase in either pressure or temperature would increase the rate while removal of HCL would have no impact on that.

Question 2) I guess increasing the pressure on liquid wouldn’t change the molecular conformation, however it would decrease the gas volume, which would make the gas more difficult to break than before. Since the gas is now in a more compressed state.
