Hi!
A) The DNA sample is 16 kb
(when we have a thick line on electrophoresis plate count it as DOUBLE)
just EcoRI =10+4+2=16
just BamHI =8+8=16
Both =6+4+4+2=16
D) using both and using EcoRI each produce 2 kb fragments so its incorrect

Hey! If you don’t mind, can you please kindly share where to find these questions? I tried to open the files on the forum but two of them aren’t working anymore so I cannot find the past IB papers after 2015 :((
