İs pearson’s biology book for igcse suitable for imat because ithas smilar contents

I would not recommend you study off of the IGCSE book, while they have the same general idea of topics, the Pearson’s IB HL or Cambridge AS&A-level books contain much more detail and new contents that are imperative for the IMAT. The IGCSE books are more for a lower high school knowledge level, so to build onto that you’d need more detailed or complex books.

I would advise you to study off of “Pearson’s Biology (A Global Approach) 11th edition” and “Cambridge AS-level and A-level Biology”.
