Hi isn’t both NADPH(reduced NADP) and ATP made in Photosynthesis and Respiration?

In respiration we have reduced NAD+(NADH) while in photosynthesis we have NADPH (reduced NADP) as you mentioned, they are quiet confusing as they sound pretty much the same:)
