2log10 (X)- 3 = log10 (y)
Log10(x^2)-3 = log10 (y)
log10 (x^2)- 3 log10 (10) = log10 (y)
log10 (x^2)- log10 (10^3) = log10 (y)
log10 (x^2/10^3) = log10 (y)
and thus y=x^2/10^3
