The graph is just showing an increase here
In response to an infection, more stem cells from your bone marrow divide into immune cells to be released into the blood
In low oxygen, the body compensates by creating more red blood cells so that the blood can carry as much oxygen as possible in the blood
So options 1, 2 and 3 can be responsible for the increase in the graph
