How to deduce the correct answer, perhaps Illl get similar question at exam?
I am not so sure but as I see it for hydrogen to form hydrogen bonds it has to be covalently bonded to one of the three: N, O, F.
If you look at the answers you will see that only in the first answer it is actually the case.
I would really love if you can share the correct answer or where this question is from
