the line y=0 is the x axis
when drawing y=2x-4 and y=11-x, the value of x is the gradient, so when x gains a value of 1, the y value will gain or loose the value of the gradient
for y=2x-4 it gains +2, so it will intersect the x axis at point (2;0), for y=11-x it looses 1, so it will intersect the x axis at point (11;0)
