Is the Imat going to be more difficult this year compared to past years? How does it compare to the earliest papers and moving forward to the latest?

unfortunately, we cannot make too much relation with the past exams like the last years because this year the examination is done by the ministry instead of Cambridge. from past tolc med examinations we can say that the exam may be a bit easier in case of the details but knowing that there will be more biology questions can make the biology part more in detail. the rest, I don’t think so. it will be most probably around the same level.
