It stands for Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, I think she means that there aren’t any official notices.
MIUR is the acronym of the ministry of education and research (in Italy). All public notice (such as that of Imat) must be transcribed in a ministerial decree. Until the announcement of the IMAT comes out, there will be no certain news regarding registration. Currently the ministral notice is not out. you have to wait a little longer.
