Inter and intra molecular forces

Hey! I keep thinking i understand the difference between intra and intermolecular forces but i keep getting confused. Would it be possible for you to give me some analogies for this

intramolecular forces are WITHIN a molecule
just like highways (red) connect different cities within a country

intermolecular forces are between different molecules
just like INTERnational flights (black) connect different countries
