Is the decrease of dissociation partly because of equilibrium?

Is the decrease of dissociation partly because of equilibrium? I mean if we have a concentrated acidic solution and we add more acid to it, the reverse reaction will happen
In other words, why does acid dissociation decrease with increase in acid concentration?

It is as though you have 10 acids dissociating of 1% instead of 1 acid dissociating 10%, in any case, the outcome will be 10%.
If the concentration is due to other ions, they have a charge. It works the same in such a solution since acids dissociating also adds upcharge.
