not sure if the type of reaction is relevant for the imat or we just need to know the colors of acids and bases ?
I guess it would be a bit advanced for IMAT since they are like the lab procedure and u have to memorize the color for each test.
Benedict’s test is used to test the presence of reducing sugars in the solution, the solution turns bright red from greenish blue if is positive. And sucrose is reducing sugar.
Biuret test is as far as I know it is used to test the presence of proteins.
