So, if we are generally asked which organ produces bile, its liver and gall bladder stores bile, but in this question since gall bladder is labelled and comparing options, its not wrong to say gall bladder also secretes bile- is that the correct way of thinking?

It is produced by liver and stored in the gallbladder, so when it is needed in digestion it is secreted from the gallbladder store.
