We understood that each one atlist has 9 votes

So 27-18=9

So biggest difference between them are 9 but how?!

You just have to imagine the moment that students vote in first 2 hours when in first hour 18 students vote to Dan and 9 rest students vote to Eli at second hour.and third hour there isn’t anyone to vote

Answer is E

Elizabeth have 9 more votes from Daniel in second two hours
Daniel has 9 more votes from Elizabeth in first two hours
The whole time is 3 hours
So one middle hour is common
Total students are 27 and we understood Elizabeth has 9 vote atlist and Daniel has 9 too
9+9=18
27-18=9 the students that we don’t know the rate of their votes
So biggest difference is 9 but here you must think how you moderate these 9 students votes that the be true with the explain of question

It’s not math question that you try to solve with equation you must think how it is possible
