which one of the following is not a feature of lymphatic circulation?
A. transport of nutrients
B. contribution to fat absorbation
C. absence of fibrinogen
D. transport of oxygen and co2
E. involvement in immunity
I chose the answer as D because the lymph system lacks rbc ( I guess) so it wouldn’t be able to transport co2 or o2.
I agree, both of the answers A and D do not fit lymph.
The lymph absorbs fats and fat soluble vitamins from the small intestine and then transports them to the veins, which is something I had to google:)
