I think because the spinal cord isn’t mentioned!
Cause the CNS consists of brain and the spinal cord nerves and the PNS consists of cranial and spinal nerves.
But I think this is not a good question.
according to my research, spine contains bones, muscles, tendons, and other tissues that covers the spinal cord. while spinal cord is a column of nerve, so they are different.
HOWEVER, I somehow can’t figure out number 3 here, off regard the total options. dendrites ARE included in the neurons , does this mean it is ONLY dendrites that shape neurons? it is vague
