Nervous system - CNS

Which of the following statements regarding the nervous system is correct?

1 The nervous system is a rapid communication system made up of one cell type

2 The central nervous system coordinates inputs from other nerves

3 Nerves are made up of bundles of dendrites of neurones

4 The central nervous system is made up of the brain and spine

5 Nerves in the arms and legs are called effectors

6 Conditions affecting the myelin sheath cause impulses to travel slower

7 Dendrites allow connections to other neurones

A 1, 5 and 7
B 1, 5 and 6
C 2, 4 and 6
D 2, 6 and 7
E 3, 4 and 5

The answer they’ve given is D, but why is C wrong?

I think because the spinal cord isn’t mentioned!
Cause the CNS consists of brain and the spinal cord nerves and the PNS consists of cranial and spinal nerves.
But I think this is not a good question.

Btw. Where did you see this question???

according to my research, spine contains bones, muscles, tendons, and other tissues that covers the spinal cord. while spinal cord is a column of nerve, so they are different.
HOWEVER, I somehow can’t figure out number 3 here, off regard the total options. dendrites ARE included in the neurons , does this mean it is ONLY dendrites that shape neurons? it is vague

no that statement is incorrect as it is bundles of axons that make up nerves not dendrites
