hey i’m a non EU citizen currently living in italy. I want to apply to medicine and surgery first cycle degree program in university of Bologna. I just wanted to know whether i have to fill the pre-enrollment application or not? Can someone guide me what to do it would be a great help.

If you have lived more than one year in Italy then you can apply as an EU candidate or if your high-school diploma has been achieved in Italy itself or a foreign school outside Italy which has an affiliation to Italy by a mutual governmental agreement.
In any of the above-mentioned cases, you do not need to do the pre-enrollment, as it is for visa procedures purpose.
