Non-Eu students studying Foundation year

Hello, I’ve been considering studying a foundation year in Italy, as I completed 12 years of schooling but do not have A-levels. When I finish the foundation year, will I sit for the IMAT as a non-Eu or an Eu student?

Hi,

I’m linking my post where i answered who can be considered EU:

  • non-EU citizens, residing anywhere who hold a secondary diploma from Italian schools abroad or foreign or international schools (either in Italy or abroad) having bilateral agreements or special regulations for the recognition of qualifications and who satisfy the general conditions required to be admitted to study in Italy (the complete list of these schools can be found here ).

A foundation year is a very good investment, it could get you considered as EU you greatly increase your chances of getting accepted
