I can’t understand the difference between the displayed formula and the partially displayed formula…

A partially displayed formula won’t indicate the order or position of the atoms in relation to each other or might do it partially. From the displayed formula you can assume the molecular structure while in the partial display you will have to know where to position the atoms based on their electrons, oxidation state, etc (Lewis structure)
