Oxidation of butan2ol

What is the product of the oxidation of butan-2-ol?
A. but2ene
B. butanoic acid
C. butanal.
D. butanone

I said butanoic acid because it is a secondary alcohol which oxidizing it would make a carboxylic acid but the answer key says D.
chat gpt said both of them are possible and it depends if you use a weak or a strong subject to oxidize it with.
what do you guys think?

I think secondary alcohols form ketones and primary acids form aldehydes and carboxylic acid?
