Hi!
We need to work which process needs oxygen to work (i.e which ones are active and which ones are Passive) active process needs energy to occur and so need oxygen for Aerobic respiration to produce that energy (ATP).
Only B is an active process so would be the only one disrupted by low oxygen concentration as respiration to produce energy/ATP will not occur.
