Pedigree question from Bmat

The answer is row E but why dis P heterozygous?

hi
the pedrigree chart can be either autosomal dominant or autosomal recessive
if it is autosomal dominant:
Hh x hh = Hh offspring
with P Hh. We cannot have P HH because that would mean both his parents had the H allele and are affected by this disease, however, Pā€™s mother is healthy
if it is autosomal recessive:
hh x hH
However this is not an option given, so the answer must be E)
