hello!
as we can understand from the question, the gravity is half of what we have on earth. so approximately we can say 5m/s2.
A. pole vault is where people jump so it is directly related to gravity. As there is less grav people will jump more
B. Backstroke is a swimming competition. Even in less gravity, the time wouldn’t significantly change
c. Hammer throwing is again related to something jumping- flying, directly related with gravity. less grav would cause it to fly more.
e. in cycling, with less grav there will be less gravitational frictional force acting on the tires of the bicycle causing it to go faster
