I am totally lost about pre-enrollment. I check different universities’ Bando files and web pages. But nobody mentions when the pre-enrollment starts and ends and what they require. Is it something that is announced in a different place? Bando files mention 2-13 september on Universitaly portal for exam registration, and also mention “non-EU residing abroad” should pre-enroll on Universitaly portal… But I read in this forum that pre-enrollment ends long before exam registration. Is there any other place that I am unaware of to keep up with the process?
