Can someone let me know why is the answer forbQ43 as I think the correct one is A but in the 2014 correction paper it says E

this is way confusing why this had happened but this question on my answer sheet is question 45 with answer B as the solution

for the solution:
the Pb inPbO2 goes from 4 to a 2 when it gets dissolved in water. (2*-2=4 for oxygen)
and as for the negative anode, Pb is oxidized from 0 to +2
so whichever choice works with this solution should be the right answer
