Rate of reactions

Why is statement 2 incorrect?

Answer credited to @Asafmen

It is not an equilibrium reaction.

Le Chatlier is applied to reactions that reach equilibrium. This one doesn’t.

As designated there is only a forward reaction which makes us assume that even if the reverse reaction exists, it is negligible.

The 4 factors that affect rate of reaction in general are surface area, temperature, concentration/pressure and a presence of a catalyst.

It is not stated that it is exothermic, such assumptions are not relevant for the question or the answer.
