HIV virus doesn’t have ribosomes. Then how does translation process and protein synthesis occur?
HIV, like other viruses, lacks the cellular machinery (including ribosomes) necessary for the translation of its mRNA into proteins. Instead, it hijacks the host cell’s machinery to reproduce and assemble new virions (virus particles).
