@Walina dear Walina you don’t even need to draw them. By taking a brief look we will realize that B,E and A,D are complementary; and the shape C doesn’t complete any of the other shapes in this question.

Approach: Complete the circle, the tokens must fit together to form a circle (as they are complementary). After drawing the other half of the circle you’ll have a much easier time seeing which halfs are actually equal and which ones are unequal. Look at C here, it is much easier to see now that the missing half is actually bigger.

In general, these questions do not have a universal method, just try to solve it the first way that comes to mind and if that fails readjust. Practice Is the only real way to get better and also understanding what you did wrong. I would also save these questions that you get wrong to re-attempt in a few weeks.
