Hi, this is a question from TDM 2013. The answer is C, all. How can 1. be correct, which states scalar velocity? Velocity is a vector, it cannot be scalar. I’m uploading the untranslated version in the comments. Thanks a lot for the help

Hi,
By scalar velocity, they mean speed. We just have to neglect the Direction part of the vector in Velocity. Not a big deal.
