Hey, the answer is E ligase, can someone kindly explain why?
Also is A and B indicating something about DNA?
hello!
i checked from google and found out that in sanger’s method we add
polymerase solutions given and I think A and B are 2 of those
ligase is a component that stitches the DNA instead of breaking so in a reaction purposed of breaking down, ligase wouldn’t help
let me know what you think
Are there any other biotech methods we need to know for the IMAT?
